Sounds like a bad burn.
What disks, what burn app, what speed did you use ?

I dont know what firmware your wii is on but the iso installer only works if you have firmware 3.2 or earlier. If you have 3.3 it blocks truncha signed disks.

To install the homebrew channel you will need twilight princess, to run homebrew without the homebrew channel you will need twilight princess. to downgrade back to 3.2 you will need twilight princess.
So unfortunately... you will need twilight princess.

I'm getting the same error when trying to install the Homebrew channel. I've got 3.3e update and modded with Argon. All my 'Back ups' work, so do I need to downgrade to 3.2 to install the Honebrew iso? As the wii is chipped will it be ok to run the downgrader and then the Homebrew iso or will i need to use the tp hack?

Use Twilight Hack beta, and make sure your using the correct region, or else it will freeze.

The only way to install the homebrew channel on a 3.3 wii is using the twilight hack. And the only ways to downgrade a 3.3 wii is through the homebrew channel or twilight hack.
So no matter which way you slice it you need twilight princess. Sorry.

Never mind my last post ......
I got them to work... The mistake I was doing is that I was copying the wads within their folders... I thought and copied them without their respective folders and now playing bomberman and mario
excellent ... i am a happy man

If I have a 3.2 Wii, Do I need to use the Twilight Hack or Zelda at all. Can I just load the homebrew ISO DVD and run it.
I used a utililty to pre-format and load the SD card wii-brew SD.
What needs to be on that. DO I need any zelda files. Can the SD then have just folders with apps.
