Hi.

My PSP is fully bricked right now and I've been trying to unbrick it using a Datel Tool Battery and a MMS.

Currently, if I insert the MMS into my fat PSP and insert the battery after, my PSP's power light blinks. The wireless and memory stick blink in time with each other. The blinking is not fast like what happens when the PSP is loading from the MMS. I am wondering if you have any ideas what happened. The blinking does not stop even after leaving the PSP on for 30 minutes.

I created the MMS using Windows XP and I tried making the MMS manually and also using multiple MMS-makers.
mspformat says "pseudo format is not required"
and msinst returns the OK message.

I know that my battery works (Datel Tool Battery) since my psp's power light turns on with no blinking when the battery is inserted and no memory stick is present.

Thanks for your help.

Hm...it appears that if I insert a formatted memory stick into my psp then insert Pandora's battery, the same blinking pattern of the memory stick and wifi occurs (see above). Any idea what this means?

Is there a chance that this is a hardware brick?

Hardware brick? lol
Could be a problem with the memory stick itself.
How many GB is memory stick?
Is the memory stick legit or fake?
Recommended to use 256mb memstick for mms. pretty much anything under 4gb is recommended actually

Did you format the memstick logically via a card reader? You sure you've followed all the steps correctly? You using vista?

I tried formatting the memory stick logically and also through a psp. The memory stick was formatted in Vista and in XP.
