Hi all,

I have a h.264 file which is about 9 gb in size - too much for a dvd9/dvd5. I'd like to back up it in it's exact condition but I'm not sure it's possible. Do I have to convert it to a .ts file with tsmuxer, and then split it with tssplitter to fit on the dvd's? is there any way I can just split the original h.264 file and then back it up? Lastly if I have to convert to .ts is that as good a format as the original h.264 file?

any help would be appreciated. thanks
