im getting a error 80020321??

i was butting some new .iso files on my psp but then when i tried it an error 80020321 is popping up... when i tried all my games they all did the same thing

Also its making a weird annoying sound...
something like ff 7 advent children when kadaj turns in to sephiroth.. VERY ANNOYING!!

I'm having the same error too. It says:
The game could not be started
(80020321)
Except for the annoying sound u're experiencing.

That error disappears if i have a UMD inserted into my PSP. What's the version of your psp software?

i have 3.71 m33-2...
i managed to fix it without using a umd
just turn off your psp completely and turn it back on while holding r
then go to cpu speed and set it on 222 or 333
333 will drain the battery faster tho it offers better performance

I have fix the problem by going to configuration and i enabled 'Use NO-UMD'
