Hi,

Does PSP Slim needs a pandora battery tool to be on CFW?
OR
Can I CFW PSP SLIM into M-33 3.52 CFW and then upgrade into 4.01 CFW?

No, u will need Pandora battery and MMS to do that. it is the only option on a slim.
