does anyone know a tool or something to open these 2 files in,
cause I can open firmware EBOOT.PBP files but these 2 files who are inside the EBOOT file doesn't seem to open on an easy way.
I've been searching and I can't find how to open them or with what program to open them.
If anyone knows, please tell me.
also if you know how the inside of these files look like, please tell me

think this is the 1.50 dumper

http://exophase.com/files/psp/psardumpmodwithsigcheck.rar

its the one before the m33 ones so i think it should do 1.50

roc's -> http://www.psphacksmods.com/2007/10/28/rco-editor-v115-released/

dont know if that does 4.01 rcos :S

prx -> http://forums.sksapps.com/showthread.php?t=5657

decrypter dont know if it does 4.01

and then use this to hex the decrypted prx file -> http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/delphi/freeware/xvi32/xvi32.htm

looks like someone did their research :)

the dumper link is broken.

The RCO editor will work but make sure the rco you are editing is the 2.60 firmware format, or else it won't work.

Here is a updated of the PRX decrypter, Link . It should work with 4.01 M33 firmware
