I have custom fireware 4.01 m33-2 and i have a single video on my memory stick and it keeps saying "this video cannot be played." The video format is mpeg4, and i also have a video umd and it won't play, my system just freezes. are there any plugins i need to download or what?

make sure that you converted it with video converter(psp video 9) into ipod&psp format, mpeg4...
