I have a Nokia 1600 I couldn't unblock. I would like some help with that. Thanks in advanced.

Thanks for your answer, I got "phone restrictions off" bur it doesn't work. Any idea what could be happening...?

By the way I have another mobile Nokia 2310 that I want to unlock if it's possible.

Wrong frequency.
The 1600 from the UK is a duel-band on 900/1800 Mhz and in Colombia all the Networks uas 850/1900 Mhz like the US.
If you plan to get a phone in Colombia, remember the reverse is true.
You need a quad-band phone.

We can't do the 2310.
I don't think that one will work in Colombia either.
