d2pro 9wire looks like somthing missing

Hi

Could anyone help? I bought d2Pro 9 wire from Consolesource.com. At looking at pictures it looks like between points J and K that there is something missing, is it a fuse and will my chip still work? No correspondence from Consolesoure for over a month. No response to e-mails or phone calls - don't use at all costs.

i guess i will avoid consolesource.com... i guess they are a scamming site.

i have just found out that it is the oscillator that is missing and guess what got in touch with consolesource and they have told me to send it back well we will see
