When flashing Benq in Iprep Firmtool dosn't start Help Please

Hi when I go to flash my Benq I am able to back up my firmware ,but then after that there it dosn't do anyting in the guide it says firmtool should run automatically. I have tried making the hacked firmware using firmtool on my computer ,but it never seems to work . Is there somthing I can do to make firmtool load during Iprep.
