"there are no games" - HELP - firmware 4.01 M33-2

Hi!

I just intalled a new firmware 4.01 M33-2 with add on 1.5kernel in my fat PSP (purchased pandora battery and magic memory stick).

I copied my iso games to my original/normal memory stick (games are in my psp if i check it through the computer) but when i open games folder-memory stick "there are no games".

questions
1.) do i need to intall any other homebrew/emulators?
2.) should i get a new memory stick? i check the memory stick that i purchase online 8GB - on the information data it say "unknown".

Any inputs will help. I feel desperate, after all the purchases i've made and sleepless night (reading all the forums to get more info to no avail), still nothing happened.

Help on this matter is highly appreciated.

right no the end of the world

your putting the games in the wrong place

make a folder called iso in the root of the memory stick

X:/iso/isogameandcsogameshere.iso where x is the psp drive

then put any iso or cso game there and then they should appare there




the unknow means its fake you may find that file over a certon size may corrupt, data may corrupt randomly, slow read write speed

as iv got a fake 4gb files over 900mb will stutter slightly if you have a slow read write speed; jacking the cpu up wont make it work 100% perfect

i think i know your problem cause i experienced it too... try renaming the ISO's so they are only 8 characters long then ".iso"

so The-Big_Game_hunter_thing_3.iso would become

thebigga.iso
