slow live downloads - used to be fast!

My downloads on 360 through live recently been extremely slow. Last night I downloaded Castle Crashers and the 139mb file took 50 minutes! I bought Ninja Gaiden black, but obviously I want to fix this problem before I start downloading the 5.9gb file.

It used to be fast and nothing with my router has changed (i think) and I have a pretty fast cable connection. I noticed it was going slow and I didn't mind too much cause I was just downloading rockband songs.

Any ideas to fix this?

Just call them up and ask what the problem could be? I have used alot of bandwidth in the past, but we have to pay for overages and I don't have speed problems on any pcs.

wow that sux u have to pay. um if you are going through a router, try taking that out of the equasion and hooking up directly to a modem and see if it changes. chances are its prolly on M$'s end no yours, i noticed the other night i downloaded "too human" on a 20 down 5 up business cable connection it took 35 mins. which is ridiclous, when i can download 10 gig in roughly the same amount of time.
