Hey I looked on xboxscene and they olny gave a tut with two pictures distinguishing the xbox360 dvd drives.

I need to find out which one mine is but im not 100% when I compare my drive to the pics. The xbox I bought is a 60gig Pro Package and its drive looks more like the toshiba-samsung drive but my drive dosent have that tinny hole in the front of the tray.

Could there be another drive out there? Or do you think I just have a later model toshiba-samsung?

strong chance it's the new lite-on drive.

best way is to disassemble the system and read the sticker on the drive.

Ok so if I disassemble the system and look at the drive I will know for sure then. Does the sticker on the drive say the actuall type of drive? Or does the sticker display some number that I will have to look up or something like that?
I want to read through the tuts and the guides that explain how to flash my 360 drive so I can make sure I know what im getting myself into. I just need to know find my drive type so I read the right tutorial :) BTW:Thanks for the help cee43ja1
