Hi and thanks in advance to try and help me.

I'm having some real problems with a 2nd PC that now continues to reboot over and over.

The last thing I did was update Spybot and restarted PC.

On reboot the PC showed "userinit.exe" in which I had to 'ok' twice. It then only showed the background and no icons. (rebooted ? same thing again).

I tried putting in XP home disc and tried 'repair' but could onld type in 1 letter eg 'C'. Could not type in eg: C:..... (tried a couple of times to no avail).

I can not get into Safe Mode.

Tried to do 'setup installation' (I think that is what is was called) and now have the following problem.

With XP disc in drive or not in drive, the PC when rebooted brings up a blue XP background colour stating....."Setup is being restarted....."

The PC then shows the Windows logo (as if going to start) but up comes another prompt stating......"Lsass.exe not enough quota.......Insufficient system resources exist to complete at API".

Tried to get in to Safe Mode when windows logo shows ? it gets to the point where safe mode words are in the corners ? but does not go into safe mode but starts to reboot and the process from....."Setup is being restarted" starts again.

Buggered if I know what to do now.
