Is the BenQ 1.4 firmware flash still undetectable? Im debating on connecting to xbox live :P.

If the drive is undetectable, does that make "Games" undetectable?

-Burned Games i mean.

No the drive is still detectable. Every drive is. There is no sure way to be perfectly safe. Just make sure the games are stealth patched to lower the chances of being banned.

There might be a massive banning when the new dashboard update comes out though....so look out for that.
