I just got my Wii modded with the D2C chip. I downloaded a game off of a torrent website and burned it onto a disc following all the steps I found online. When I put the game in it said that I need to update the Wii System to play the game I have a NTSC wii as I live in America but the guy who modded my Wii played import games on the wii while I was there to show me it worked and when I tried here it said I needed to update my Wii, should I do this or no?

Also is there a good torrent site to go to where I can get the NTSC games from? I have been using Isohunt to find games. My friend found a site for Xbox 360 torrents, is there anything good for the Wii?

No do not update your NTSC Wii with PAL games. I personally use black-cats games for all my torrents. Has every game that you can think of.
