hello everybody, my problem is really big and a lot of confusion i have, all i want and i need to do is copying my dvd games into the hdd of xbox 360, i already searched alot and i only got confused informations, all i need is someone help me step by step how can i do this.
informations about my xbox 360

xbox 360 arcade with 20 gigabyte hdd
date of fabrication 24/11/2007
philips-benq and i already flashed it
i didnot change chip of it.( i dont know if my console has a chip and i have to mod it)
i tried to ftp it and i couldn't
i am using the traditional dashboard that came with it i didnot change it ver:2.0.6717.0

you mean cannot be done yet in the xbox 360 i have? or generally cannot be done?
because there are alot of threads that explain the way to do that even the new dashboard has that option, but i dont know why i didnot receive this update from microsoft.

bc the dash update hasnt been released yet.

thanks alot for both of you and your kind attention, only if you plz tell me if there is another way to copy the games in the xbox 360 hdd or no way i have to wait the new dashboard?

Yes just wait and see what happens when the new dashboard update in the fall comes out. Well it works with backups or just originals? We will see.

yea i've seen footage of it being done, but i did not get to see the cd myself, so i dunno if what he was using was a copy or not. but there is deffiantly no way to copy a game to the hard drive until the new dashboard comes out which they havnt offically released the date for yet.
