CFW 4.09 M33 Eboox freezing problems

Okay, so i'm currently playing Resident Evil 3(NTSC) eboot. It's working fine, with the notable game freeze at one point which i sorted out by just selecting POPS 3.30, instead of 3.10.
So im lost at one point, just after you kill the worm and enter the last building, (you cross over the brige, where the nemises is) I get a cut-scene with Calos, it just frezzes there, i have tried every POPS from 3.00 to 3.71 and still no luck. I know that if you don't use 3.10 sometimes the voices cut out but nope still wouldnt work on 3.10.
Im currently lost on how i can fix this issue.
Any advice on how to fix this problem. Im using the 3.80 Popsloader, on CFW 4.01 M33-2 on a Phat PSP, using a 4GB Memory card.
