First of all, you need to provide more information as to the problem you're having if you want sufficient help.

Secondly, a couple of things you should be aware of.

Give DvdFab Hd Decrypter a try. It's freeware with a 30 trial of the payware version(s).

IMO DvdFab Hd Decrypter is a better way to go hands down anyway.
