Hi guys.
I want to rip a few of my owned DVDs onto my laptop so that I can watch them on the go.
I currently have used DVD Decrypter to rip Transformers and Juno.
Yesterday, I tried playing Transformers in WMP11. It wouldn't play right away, but then I got it to play with multiple rightclicks.
In DVD Decrypter, I selected IFO mode and then selected only the main movie files and no subtitles. When I tried to play it in WMP, it still had the menus...
Next, I ripped Juno with the SAME settings. But I cannot get it to play in WMP at all. Also, I downloaded Media Player Classic. With Juno, there was a loud ticking noise. And with Transformers, there was no audio at all.
So can you guys help this noob out? All I want is a single file on my HDD with only the main movie, no menus.
Thank you all!!!!!!!

Rip with dvdfab hd decrypter, as it's still being updated. Dvd decrypter has not been, nor will be, updated.
Anyother questions check the second link in my signature.

Ok, I'll try that. Thanks.
Are there any programs that can rip a DVD and convert it ALL IN ONE STEP? Like for my PS3...

The paid version of dvdfab platinum has an option under mobile to burn to PS3 format. It has a 30 day full version trial before you have to buy.

DvdFab's VSO burn engine is supposed to be a top-notch burn engine.
I have Platinum and VSO but i always burn with Imgburn. It's a powerful freeware burner.

I have no complaints on burns I have made with DVDFab's burn engine, but like 7th, I still prefer ImgBurn.

I have also used dvdfab platinum's burn engine. It gives very nice burns, very rarely do I get a coaster. You won't go wrong using it or imgbun.
