Hello everyone I am sorry that my first post is question related but here it goes; I have had this problem for a while and could not find any solutions in the forums. Every time I attempt to backup a 360 game onto a dual layer dvd using clone cd with my Hp dvd writer 1040d I get the same exact error. There apparently are no firmware updates for this model so thats out of the question. Also I am using vebatim dual layer disks which to my understanding are the best quality. Someone I asked seems to think that my burner doesn't accept verbatim media but that doesn't seem right to me. Here is the log from clone cd...

For the record I'm pretty sure I did not make any errors like using - media and creating the file wrong... my disks don't get ruined either they never even get to 1%
