If when you scanned you left the auto sort on it should already be in order, have you tried pressing FAV on your remote then pull sideways? should come up as Popular-Entertainment-Movies ect.

When you press pause you will get the message (please wait Recording is starting) then the screen will stay in a suspended state, to restart what you were pausing just press the pause button again and it should carry on if it doesnt try rebooting the PVR and trying again.
For rewind you would have to already have recorded something so once your recording has ended press the PVR button then select your recording then once your recording has started just press the <|<| Rew button, (You can not rewind Live TV only what you have aready recorded)

Is it a MAX V 2008 or the PVR version you have (with hard disk installed?).
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

My mistake, If you have the max v the play rec rewind wont work, the pause will but will only stop the channel and not record, you need the PVR to do that.
