I have a nokia 3220b and when I turn it on it says enter PUK code, how can i unlock the phone? I am not the original owner, it was working when my sister in law had it and somehow she locked it and I called T-mobile in California (where I am from) they said they could not help me because I was not the original owner and they needed his soc. sec. # in order to help me. Is there anything anybody can do for me? Thank You

Only the original owner can get the PUC from the original Service Provider.
When it asks for the PUC it means that several wrong codes have been tried.
You can try the Master code from here.

Some models can not be done.
