strange are you using a magic memory stick or just a cfw updater ? can you access the recovery probly not if it has started to format flash0 if your using a magic stick try reformat it and install PSP-Pandora-Deluxe-v1.3 and try install 4.01m33-2

put DC 7 on tour memory stick and turn off your psp completely, then insert the pandora jigkick battery, then go to NAND operations, the go to Format Lflash, then to flash 1 size, and let it reformat your flash 1, then go to back to the main screen and install 4.01 m33 and it will put 4.01 m33-2 on your psp immediately. I know it works because i did my first psp today using this method. BTW i have now 2 psps that work instead of 1.
