I have the iPhone 3G, and im currently under my 30 day tri out that i could return it.

I am asking, what happens after the 30 day trial...

and.


what if after the 30 day something happens to my phone, Lost , stolen and so on, water damage and the whole 9 yards.

Do they charge me for the rest of the money of the iPhone?
Do i still pay the 30 bucks a month for the iPhone data plan, even though i am not using it due to lost,stolen,...phone.

Yea, most likely they will still charge you because you are in contract, and will probably buy another phone from them for like $600.
