When true crime streets of LA came out I thought it was better than vice city.But then san andreas smashed true crime new york.
Wtf was activision thinking releasing that sorry excuse for a game true crime new york?It had it's moments but was nothing like streets of LA.

Well true crime is newier then La. And i think true crime is still a better games. But to much collision detection, frame rate issues, bugs(like problem in the game), glitches and more wich made true crime hard to play. I literally taped a city bus on the street with a car and it spun around in a circle literally 20 times. I'm like wtf.

I was almost going to say that Detroit would be a good city to base it in. But either way I think a northern city would be cool. @face123, I think your right about GTA being the best, I mean there are alot of other fun games like it but so far I haven't seen much that can compare up to GTA out of those kinds of games. I think that GTA will remain the best unless it starts going downhill or they quit making the GTA series, which I don't see it going down hill because even though I think in the last two games the graphics got worse I think that was becuase they started running out of space on the disc, but I don't think they will have this problem now becuase Blu-ray should pretty much solve it. The only thing I don't know about is 360 because they are limited to around 8 GBs, so I don't know if they will start making multi disk or they'll start taking things away from the 360 version to make it fit. BTW, I may have no idea what I'm talking about I just think GTA is going to be one of those games where they are going to start running out of space on 360.

GTA is the best. It was the original. If it was not then it's still the best. So many people tried to make nock of gta some were good, ok or horrible. Driver used to be good on the ps1 when ti was just mainly driving but then when they switched to the gta aspect it fell apart. The games are so expensive when they first come out and in a month or two they go down to 20 bucks.

Yea I didn't really like Driver 3 near as much as I liked the first one either. I think they tried to copy GTA too much and forgot about originality.

Gta is the best.
If it is in detroit that's fine but I want eminem and d12 on the sound track or no thanks.

Yea I was going to say the same thing, I think Eminem retired, and proof is dead, so I don't know how that would work out. It would be cool if he would come back and do some stuff for GTA, which is possible, and I guess they could just do something with the remaining people in D12, they could always do something with Obie Trice too though. I know that sounds off topic but actually I don't think it is since were discussing the GTA soundtrack.

I liked afew of the songs in GTA san andreas but some were crap. Not to mention they dont even play the whole entire song which is gay.

no one will conquer the gta series and make a better one.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

Yeah gta is the number one gam out of that genre. If someone makes a better one then gta, gta will then make a better game then that.

yeah you guys are correct when you say gta is the best in it game type, but untill gta 4 comes out saints row will be the main game to own.

I saw previews of saints row and to me it looks like a watered down GTA + 25 to life put together. The graphics are kinda bland for a 360 game. It lacks alot of detail. It should be way better than what i saw considering that 360 is capable of way better graphics.
Just my opinion dont torch me. I know i havent played it so i shouldnt judge it but still it looks weak to me.
PS3...it only does everything(that Sony allows it to)

i played the demo, which is apparantly not a cut from the full version, and i thought the graphics were slick for a open world game, the physics were great and the game is overall fun, but i will hold full jugment untill i get the real game.

Well most likly saints row will be better then gta sa becasue it's for ps2 and saints row is for the 360. But most likly when the new gta comes out for the 360 then the ps3 it will probably dominate it. But I saw tones of screen shots and video's of saints row and it does look slick.

yeah gta 4 will obviously be better in both gamplay and graphics, considering its coming out like a whole year before saints row, and R* also have a lot of experience in making open world games.
the thing i am most interedsted about saints row must be the online gangs. the only thing which made me board of vice city was the fact that there was no multiplayer (personal must have for me), os i am really interested to know what they have done with that. and maybe gta will use what saints row has done and improve on the multiplayer.

i'd like to see gta4 servers where you are all unleashed onto the town in a giant 64 person server. you can rampage together and hear on your radio about other peoples assaults on the town.

Or when on online have a godd old classic gang fight. You could have a huge gang fight with other people online. You either make or pick a gang side to be on then fight other rival gangs.

i dont think that will work with a 3rd person shooter like gta. too much auto aim, it would be so easy. you'd have to have a 1st person interface.

Yeah your right! They could take out the auto-aim in the online mode thaat way you would have to hide behing cover and lock on to the guy your self.
