duplicate channel remover iso file

Does anyone know where I can get the iso file of the duplicate channel remover? I can't really figure out how to use the elf file and I don't have the Zelda game to run the twilight hack.

I've downloaded the v2 of the remover but when I try to run the disc..it couldn't read it. I have a Japanese console and I used the jap remover. The 2.1 version only comes with elf and dot files.

What firmware is your wii? If it is 3.3 then you can't run any homebrew iso without the use of the homebrew channel.
