Well, kinda yes :)
I mean there is a software in which you can change your battery to a pandoras battery and then convert it back again to a normal one :)
It's called OS Pandora battery tool [OSPBT] :)
But before converting the battery, be sure to make a backup of it's eeprom

you can only flash the battery if you have a custom firmware psp already.
