XP live cd to USB boot disc

I have a xp live cd that works great but i want to covert it to a USB xp live disc. I want to be able to boot xp off of the usb flash drive i have. i tried to copy the cd's exact contents onto the usb flash drive, but it wouldn't boot.
My flash drive is 8gb, which is more than enough space.

Can anyone help?

There is also a program called pe2usb that will write the BartPE ISO to a flash drive. Here's the link to the program: http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/files/pe2usb101.zip

Just follow one of the above links I think they have what you want. You will need a windows xp source disc to make them though.
