I need some help

I have a wiikey presoldred onto a wiiclip that is installed into my wii. My wii has 3.2u firmware. After wiikey install I can not get the wii to read any disks original or burnt and it seems like the dvd drive is making alot more noise now. I have used IMGBURN to make a config disk and an update disk. All I get is disk read errors asking me to eject the disk and power off console. These are downloads from the Wiikey page. The wii will read a original gamecube disk no problem. From what info I have found on net I need GCOS disk. I gather GCOS stands for GameCube Operating System. Where can I download this? How do I burn it? Do I need a GC controller?

Open the Wii back up and re-seat the Wii-Clip.

Make sure it is seated properly.

Also look at all the leg pins on the chipset and make sure they are all straight and not bent.

Try playing a backup/original before re-assembling the unit together.
