I've had some that just work without issue, then there's some that just act up. For example, after I use TSmuxer, then split the files, sometimes I'll either get just one part that works and the other is corrupted or I'll get sound but no video. I just tried the 1080p version of Superbad and that's exactly what happened. Any ideas as to what may be going on or what to watch out for?

After more testing, it looks like the files are corrupting after they are split. Is there something I can do to avoid this? Right now I'm using HJSplit to split the files.

Well it looks like I'm just talking to myself here. Anyways, I solved the splitting issue, however, I'm still getting no video, just sound, out of the 1080p version of Superbad. I did make sure to lower 264 to 4.1 and I stil get no video, just sound.
