Morning. Is it that you have an email with attachments like jpeg or btmp etc and you can't open them? or you were expecting some pics and they are simply not there? A bit more info donna69 please. :)

You do get the paper clip logo, that signifies an attachment? What error messages if any do you get? It's a little difficult without more info.
