Need Help With 1080p M2ts files

So far, the few 720p files have worked fine, however, when I transfer the 1080p to my external, I get sound and no video. I'm running the files through tsmuxer using the m2ts muxing option and they come out with no errors. I've been working on this for a few days now and I'm really lost at this point. I'd very much appreciate any help on this.
