norton 360 wont run on laptop

i bought norton 360 but it wont load up when i put it into the drive i can here it spining then it just stops and nothing appears on the the screen whats happening

I guess you go to My Computer>Double click on drive D

mine doesnt say my computer it just says computer is that it well i clicked on that whats a d drive

Actually, what you do is make a sacrificial prayer to the magical fairy gods and they'll send little pixie dust into your hard drive that'll create the Norton 360 data on your hard drive.

Or you could check in a forum not named "PS3 - General discussion". Like... y'know, what that other guy mentioned above.
