Dreambox 500c Sky Sports 1 & 3 problems

I have a Dreambox 500c and ever since I have had it my Sky Sports 1 & 3 constantly keep freezing and losing signal, they work for about 30 seconds then just stop, does anyone know how I can fix this??? Its pretty head wrecking when you want to watch the football :-)

Any tips would be much appreciated
