how do i downgrade my phat psp 4.05 firmware to 1.50 cfw, without a pandora battery?

Well.....You can change the EEPROM of a battery to 0xFFFFFFFFFF and run the mspformat and .exe files to format your memory stick to make it magic.....Then you can combine them to downgrade.

Seriously, just go away. Pandora is the only way, and it will remain that way. If you can't get your hands on it, tough luck.
