House of dead 2/3 pal on a NTSC WII intermittent play

I have an ntsc wii modded with wiikey. I have downloaded and played hod 2/3 on this system. The weird part is sometimes the system says the disc is dirty. i usually have to restart, play another game for a bit, eject it and put in the hod disc. Does anyone else have this issue?

I have the pal game i play on my ntsc with wiikey 1.9s and no problems.... Maybe reburn and try again, I have had this prob before on other games and I reburn and its fine, does not happen often though!
