GPSP not working on 3.8 m33-5

I'm having trouble getting gpsp working on my psp. i did everything right, but when i click on it on my psp, it says "Game could not be started" with a long number in parenthesis after that. I need help.

my firmware is 3.8 m33-5

i had same prob download dif one but first try moving stuff around such as bios plugins and soon it should work.
