How about i just tell you what ATX motherboard i have in mind. And then anyone can comment back with the components you think would be a good match for them ?

My budget is $1,000.00 U.S.

Intel boards aren't very good, I'd go with a Gigabyte or an Asus instead. What intended uses do you have for the system?
