Migration Kit for 60GB

I just called the XBox hotline to ask if the migration kit that you can get if you buy the Elite system will work with the new 60GB models.

Nope... but "we may be working on one in the future."

So what can I do now to transfer my files from my hard drive if I want to sell my old 20GB model and buy the new 60GB Xbox?

Is there any solution to this that doesn't require voiding of my warranty?

I just called Microsoft and they told me the migration kit will work when transfering data from a 20GB to a 60GB I just thought I would pass that along also I would like to hear from someone who has already tried it just to confirm it works....
