Wad Manager 1.21 USB Read Error

Im having a problem, I havent used this in along time and just today I tried to load a wad from my USB Flash Drive and its getting a read error. Any suggestions?
-Wads load fine from SD Card
-Dragonmedia player works fine reading from 2 of my USB Drives
-I've reformatted it many times
-Yes I have directory "/wad"

I am having the same issue. Wads work great from SD card, I have no idea what Dragonmedia player is, and I just tried to reformat my flash drive. Directory is the same "ex: F:\wad"

Did you format using FAT16?

I did have it formated to fat32 but I just tried it on fat (fat16) and still same error: (ret=-1)
