I have a UMD dumper problem

I have 4.01m33-2 and a dumper. I tre to start the dumper But comes up as "There is an error starting the dump Check your filename is valid and UMD is clean then try again." Help please!!!

The UMD dumper is http://www.phonicuk.com.I have the newest version.

Your Link isnt working

The 4.01 M33 has a built in dumper (sorta)

1. Turn off your PSP fully (by holding the power button)
2. Turn it on again while holding the R button
3. This should bring you to the Recovery Mode
4. Go to Config
5. Click the USB mode and change to UMD instead of memory stick
6. Exit the Recovery Mode

Then plug the psp via usb.

Do not mess with the Recovery mode unless you know what you are doing.

You can also use the VSH menu to do this instead of going into recovery mode.

When at PSP XMB hit select button.

This will bring up the VSH menu.

Now use the down D-Pad to USB Device.

Now hit Right D-Pad till you see UMD disc.

Now go down on the D-Pad to exit.

Now you can connect a USB cable between PC and PSP and rip the ISO from the disc.

After your done change the USB device back to Memory Stick by following the steps above.
