anyone seen this error in tsmuxer?

has anyone had a issue with tsmuxer? i have a external bluray rom and this is what i get



when you install tsmuxer do you just install the gui and the exe. in the same folder using winrar program? because i keep getting this error..
i iam trying saw 4 but when i select the largest mpls file (0000) i get a massage saying 1.cant find tsmuxer or depended library and 2. "can't detect stream type..K:/bdmv/stream/00000.m2ts.......

is it possible to use a external blu ray for this purpose
