my psp 1.50 fw(downgraded from v3.40fw and it is TA-082+) can play CSO game with devhook v0.46 but cannot play ISO file.i have tried couple of ISO game it always come out black on the screen for few minute,afterthat cannot switch or restart the psp until i need to take off the psp battery and goes back to normal.does anyone have any clue what going on and how to fix it??

Devhoook is outdated -- it's been almost two years since it's been useful. Patches most likely don't exist that could help your isos run in devhook, and certainly don't exist if they are newer games.

To run homebrew, the preferred method is Custom Firmware. It lets you run higher firmwares while still allowing the playing of 1.50 homebrew.

The guide at the link below can help you get custom firmware if you want.
