Ok so I bought me a new memory stick and a new usb cord one of those mega pack things from wal-mart ok so the thing is it keeps saying please wait and then for a few seconds it'll pick up but with no folders after I've formatted it like 6 times please help.

ok i fixed it apparently there's a short in the cord on the usb side.......BEWARE WAL-MART PRODUCTS THEY TEAR UP EASY INSIDE......THE STORE
