Hey everyone, this is my first post but I've been lurking for a while. I am having a problem burning with Dvdshrink and nero combo, It gets to about 99% and some weird things happen which results in a wasted disc. Its been working fine for about a year, and I have also tried different files with more wasted disc. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

I don't see anything wrong with your log other than some minor stuff that wouldn't affect your result. Give Imgburn a shot for me and post a log from there good or bad. My guess is your drive is dying and it's time to get a new one. The firmware you are using is from 2004 which is ancient in PC years.

Your drive can no longer finalize your discs, do you have another brand to try? The Verbatims are excellent discs, but your drive can't handle them. If another brand gives the same results it's gonna be time to head over to NewEgg and get an NEC 7200a, Lite-On or a Pioneer 116.

I just tried again with a smaller file and at 4x speed. Same results, so I guess Newegg it is. Thanks again for the help.

@ Loco
His problem wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that his HDDs are formatted FAT32 and his source file is greater than 4GB would it? Don't know just asking.

No, his source is coming from a different drive that should be NTSF. :)
