strange d2pro problem

ive had a d2pro rev 2 + wii clip installed in my d2c wii for a couple weeks now and i have had 0 problems with it until now, when i insert a backup game on the disc channel it spins then says please insert a disc, then spins some more then says please enter a disc while the disc is in there. while this is going on the eject button doesnt let me withdraw the disc, after the disc channel does that for like a minute it finally reads the disc and allows me to start the game or withdraw the disc, anyhelp please?!?
