Okay, so i found a copy og mgs 2 substance. I want to burn it on to a disk and since Swap Magic (3.8 coder is the version i have) doesn't come with a dual layer disc I tried to rebuild it. I extract it to a folder using isobuster and then i copy them in the right order using Nero Express (same as nero burning rom just simpler) and burn it (came down from 6.x gb to 2.x gb). Afterwards I pop in my swap magic, load up the cheats (tried not loading cheats too) and booted it (using special and normal boot) and all it does is give me the insert playstation format disc. I am leaving something out or doing something wrong? Because I have quite a few games well over 4.5 gb and I need to rebuild to a dvd size (not all are dual layer, but if there's a guide on how to make dual layer to dvd that'll be nice too). Thanks for helping, or reading this at least.

You need to use Nero Burning Rom so that you can choose DVD ISO/UDF as the option to burn the disc on.

For some reason i get en error running nero burning rom. Is there another program that I can use? (and please tell me the few steps because the other tutorials have Nero).

Your other alternative is to burn it to Verbatim DL DVD+R and use ESR beta r9b to load the game.
