Is there anyway to convert Rom files into ISO's?

What is it exactly you want to do with the ROM files. Are you trying to make a disc of roms for emulation.

You can make an ISO image of almost anything if you want too. It's not converting them really, but rather building an image file.

i see that there are roms on some websites for emulation.
i was wondering if they can be converted to play on the system

They don't need to be converted.

There are ELF files (applications for PS2) that work for each type of ROM.
So say you want SNES, then there is a SNES.ELF file that launches the roms from inside a ROM folder, either from USB,HDD or from a CD

I have my SNES on a DVD and run it using the latest ESR r9a.
I also run Sega Genesis ROMS using PGen.elf
InfoGB for gameboy roms.

There are also disks already made with ROMS and the ELF file needed.
One can just download them if they search.

i tried burning it that way, but it didnt work with swap magic.
heres what i did
select dvd udf/iso,
no multisession
put the three snes station files and folder of roms on it.
burned it at 4x
not valid ps2 disk.

anything that im missing?

I have no idea.
It should have worked, you used the SM DVD to boot it.

*CD-Rom(UDF/ISO)or DVD-Rom(UDF/ISO)
*Multisession-No multisession
*ISO
File name length:Max of 31 chars(ISO level 2)
Formant:Mode 2/XA for CD and for DVD is Mode 1
Character set: ISO9660 (standing ISO Cd-rom)
