Hi,

I appreciate previous response on my query but as I am really new to PSP world, is there any "idiot-proof" procedure that I can resolve my issue. What is pandora battery, is this safe if I do it myself? Where and how if this is the real solution.

I tried the other suggestion turning on UMD and so on but in vain.

Please help, my kids ae losing confidence on me to fix this problem.
